OK, so I read the price tag on these backwards..............so shoot me, just don't tell Shoeguy.  He still thinks they were 89 dollars at some Boxing day sale.

What do you mean that North American price tags don't have three decimal place and don't start with zero.  I could have sworn the price of these was 00.089.  What?  That is how they price things in Japan don't they?  These must have been brought in from Japan, right?

Ya, that's right, Christian Louboutin Criss Cross Sandals with Swaroski crystal ornaments for about 00.089 dollars..............I mean $980.00...........whoops.  Buy some clear shoe boxes and help a girl out............

#7 - Advertising

Another question we have been pondering at the Shoe Stor is whether or not to advertise (well at least more extensively than we already do.....which isn't much).  The alternative to advertising is sampling (and couponing.......I love turning nouns in to verbs), putting the product in the hands of people I think have big mouths (in a good way).

Shoelover's preference is towards samplying, but that is Shoelover's own bias...............any thoughts........

#9 - A Philosophical Question

Shoelover has been taking a look around at other blogs and starting thinking (another good way to avoid the rest of the Shoefamily this holiday) about this lil' ole blog.  The one thing shoelover has noticed is that many corporate blogs just seem to go on and on about the product/services they sell.

While Shoelover loves to talk about Shoe Stor's products (and Shoelover shameless lists them on the side of her blog), she has been wondering if people see any value in blogs that just discuss the products that author's company sells.  While I see the point in highlighting new products, should Shoelover focus the blog soley on posting about 101 uses for a clear shoe box (don't test me, I can do it) or should Shoelover keep on keepin' on her merry way.
