The Julie Myers who President Bush appointed to head the Immigration and Customs Enforcement division of the Homeland Security Department.  According to CNN and the Houston Chronicle, she now has control over 20K employees and a $4-billion-do-you-know-how-many-Manolos-you-can-buy-with-that a year budget.  While her husband is Chief of Staff to the Secretary of Homeland Security and her uncle is former head of the Joint Chiefs, we know shoe is going to have a rough ride (as an aside, when did Lou Dobbs become such an opinionated ass......sounds like a watered down O'Reilly), so she is going to need some shoes.

So, Julie come lately, I would seriously consider a pair of hip waders, cuz it's already up to your knees.....and you haven't even started the job yet
