Being hosted at Style tribe this week: My most significant fashion purchase:

Easy!

What: Shoelover first bra;

When: When Shoelover was 12;

Where: Probably the now defunct Eaton's in Toronto.  The details of the event are a little hazy, as you will see why;

Who: Shoelover's father, yes Shoelover's father took little Shoelover bra shopping! (yes, Shoelover's face just turned bright red again);

Why: Mother was too busy working, yet felt the need to point out the fact that "Dharling, you should really do something with your breasts you know.  You aren't a little girl any more."  Oh the horrors, oh the shame.

How: Little Shoelover stood in the change room and Shoelover's father tossed over some random bras.

Funny enough, this scenario was a little similar to Shoelover's first maxi-pad shopping experience.  Oh the trials of a 12 year old girl with a workaholic mother...............................
