PS - Keep an eye for Shoe Stor's new product - The Shoe Nail - Just grab a hammer and hammer the Shoe Nail through your foot and into the shoe.  The Shoe Nail is made from stainless steel and is designed to go through your foot but not through to the sole of your shoe, because as we all know, body parts heal, but shoes do not.

Sandals - The Left Coast Rebuttal

California - such a pain in the ass - they vote Democrat, but have a Republican Governor, they have liberal ideas, like homosexuals are people too, and now this - they think sandals are professional attire, and not just for surfers

In what amounts to a rebuttal to yesterday's story from Reuters, it looks like the "sandal in the work place" issue is far from settled.  In fact, rumor has it that Michael Moore is going to make documentary about it "Stupid White Men in Thong Sandals"

Flip Flop & Fly - I think I'm gonna die

Should you wear flip flops to work?  Yes, if you happen to work at the Beach.

In a story that conjures up images reminiscent of the White House Flip Flop scandal last June when the Northwestern University's champion women's lacrosse team was widely criticized for wearing flip-flops -funny how no one said a peep about their string bikinis and g-strings - when they visited the White House and met President George W. Bush - (commented on by Shoelover's dear friend Meghan Cleary), Reuters has an article and blog posting considering the possibilities that wearing flip flops to work could be hazardous to one's career.

However, what is more puzzling than people who can't figure out that flip flops may not be work place attire is how the hell Sophie-Damn-I-wish-I-was-your-lover-was-released-in-1992-Has-B-een Hawkins, got an invite to the Grammy's in 2004 (photo obtained from Reuters via electronic five finger discount)
